Every Canterbury crew follows a protocol that respects the investigation while fully restoring the property.
Every technician holds an active bloodborne pathogen certification, backed by full liability coverage.
Our Canterbury dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant hub.
We quote after seeing the scene, so Canterbury clients know the cost before anything starts.
Every Crime Scene Cleanup job gets scoped on its own terms, since release timing and scene condition both vary.
An alternate light source checks for staining invisible under normal lighting before we consider the job closed.
We go beyond the visible area, disinfecting fully under OSHA-compliant procedure.
Before-and-after photos preserve a record for insurance purposes without interfering with the investigation.
Damaged doors, locks, or windows get documented and coordinated with a repair contractor alongside the biohazard work.
The entire affected scene is disinfected with EPA-registered products, not just the obvious spots.
Disposal runs through a licensed partner so nothing about the cleanup goes undocumented.
